Sean Kelly built a million-dollar apparel business out of a university dorm room before he was old enough to rent a car. He now hosts one of the most prolific interview podcasts in business media.
Kelly founded Jersey Champs, a custom jersey and apparel company, while still a student at Rutgers University. Forbes profiled the business in 2019, when he was 22, as a million-dollar one-person operation. He followed it with PPE of America during 2020 and later moved into Web3 with the Chibi Dinos project, both of which Forbes covered in 2021.
He launched the Digital Social Hour in 2023 and has published new episodes at a near-daily cadence ever since — more than two thousand conversations to date. The show is filed under Entrepreneurship on Apple Podcasts and has drawn founders, professional athletes, investors, physicians, comedians and investigative reporters into the same studio.
The format is deliberately unpolished. There is no pre-interview, no approved question list and no producer feeding lines through an earpiece — which is why guests routinely say things they had not planned to.
Kelly lives and records in Las Vegas, Nevada.
